Simmon is accredited with more sales and managements along Canning Highway within the city of South Perth than any other agent and continues to manage most of the commercial premises along the highway.
Simmons commercial background comes from a commercial stint in the city were he honed his skills whilst being guided along the way by some of the industries most reputable professionals. By adopting commercial applications into his business, Simmon has become a respected and well-known Real Estate Agent.
Simmon prides himself on family values and is extremely proud of his 4 children & 3 grandchildren.

- Simmon has also achieved Australian record status for physical endurance whilst raising funds for telethon in 2001, 2002 & 2003 whilst being a founding member of the Fuller Fitness challenges that still continue to this day which raise much needed funds for the Telethon cause.
- As well, Simmon has long been regarded as an extremely motivated and positive individual which has developed by using a fit body equals a fit mind attitude.
- Simmon has competed in Triathlons and the infamous Rottnest Channel Swim on 18 occasions. In July 2000, Simmon also lead a group of six young West Australians across the English Channel in an Australian record time.
