Don’s stellar real estate rise began in 1991 when he landed a job as a property management cadet with a small suburban agency. He worked his way through the ranks doing everything from residential & commercial property management to sales, project marketing and then management.

Perhaps the most significant was his rapid elevation over the years through the ranks of salesperson to sales manager and then director of one of Melbourne's well-known inner city real estate agencies. “When I started, there were only about 1000 units in the CBD and there wasn’t a single supermarket. There was nothing south of the Yarra and nothing west of Spencer Street.”

He's grown professionally with the new market that evolved over the mid to late '90s and into the new millennium. All the hard work and long hours put in over the previous years of being involved with the marketing of "off the plan" residential apartments in the CBD, Southbank and Docklands became very worthwhile with the opening of his new office in September 2003.
