Having worked in real estate for approximately 25 years, Adam's firm belief in the necessity of highly competent agents combined with world class marketing has put him at the top of his chosen field.

Adam’s commitment to training agents and sharing his expertise has resulted in the development of The Flynn System, a full training system taking agents from a standing start to million-dollar GCI agents. This unique training system covers every aspect in real estate, mentoring agents including listing presentations, marketing, prospecting, closing, and effective business units, ensuring agents are fully equipped for success. The Flynn System enabled Adam to write over $2M GCI as an agent and earn his place in the ranking of top 10 agents in Australia in 2017 by Real Estate Business.

Flynn Estate Agents aims to have a boutique franchise feel, with a “heavy emphasis on quality in all that we do”, including a full ecosystem handling sales, leasing, finance and conveyancing.
