Ahmad is an internationally experienced leasing expert with over 15 years dedicated to the retail sector. After starting his career in project retail leasing across several high-profile centres in Dubai, Ahmad quickly excelled in his role and is today consulting clients on a wide range of retail services including value addition through good design and development practices, leasing strategy formation, customized tenant mix arrangement, and asset & portfolio management.
Today, Ahmad leads one of the largest dedicated retail leasing and sales teams in WA, working across multiple asset classes. Ahmad has leased over 450,000 sqm of retail space to date, in addition to providing advisory services on retail design for over 200,000 sqm of space.
Ahmad has obtained a degree in Science and Business, majoring in Psychology and Marketing from Edith Cowan University.
