Since 1996, Amanda Tate has been the Owner and Managing Director of LJ Hooker Taree. Having 26 years’ experience in an evolving real estate industry, Amanda is fully versed in all aspects of sales, property investment management, commercial, industrial and strata management. Amanda specialises in the Commercial / Industrial Space, with a passion for finding solid investment opportunities for her clients. She knows the importance of securing the right property and the best property manager to ensure your investment can yield its full potential, with minimal risks and an effective action plan for leasing.

Amanda is passionate about the LJ Hooker brand and strives to be a strong leader in the LJ Hooker Network as the Northern New South Wales representative of the prestigious LJ Hooker Franchise Owners Council. In 2012 Amanda was awarded the Sir Leslie Hooker Award, a monumental acknowledgement of her commitment and contribution to the network as a whole. Amanda recognises the strong influence that real estate has on the community, not only with leasing, buying and selling, but the responsibility it holds in contributing to the general success of the local area.

As an active member of the Manning Community, Amanda takes a proactive interest in the economic development of the area.
