Candice Contencin

Candice combines her love for the property industry with her passion for marketing and exceptional service. Before moving to Sunshine Coast in 2015, Candice worked in Brisbane where she began her career in property management in 2001. After much success, Candice partnered to manage her own successful real estate agency with a large real estate franchise, before moving forward to new challenges coordinating and managing display homes for a number of respected and well-known builders throughout Gold Coast and Brisbane.

Having also managed the marketing and operations for a number of high growth ecommerce businesses and obtaining further Postgraduate qualifications to specialise in strategic marketing, Candice has been drawn back to the property sector through her love of the lifestyle and community on Sunshine Coast. Candice’s dedication to her clients is firmly underpinned with strong values of integrity and transparency, as well as a tenacity to get results.
