CJ Setlhong

Century 21 Barossa is pleased to introduce CJ Setlhong as our Principal and Sales Consultant.

CJ is a former high school Maths teacher who attained a Masters of Business Property in order to follow his passion in Real Estate.

He has been in the industry, working within the Barossa and Gawler, for several years.

CJ is also a qualified Property Valuer but has chosen to focus on sales.

He has lived in the South East (Mt Gambier and Millicent), Adelaide, Botswana, and is well-traveled. A Barossa resident with local knowledge, he has vast knowledge and a fresh outlook on Real Estate in the Barossa as Century 21 Principal - helping people is his business. Early after meeting CJ, we established a rapport through our shared experiences of Africa and comparison of our backgrounds. We had previously expressed interest in 9 James Street East but CJ also showed us through an East Terrace house as well before we decided on the grounds of economy, availability and suitability of the space that this was what we needed. We had previously had a discussion with a prominent representative of another agency and were unimpressed with his performance and we had been shown through several other offerings by various agents. We took quite a while checking out real estate agents before going to market and decided on CJ. This was the first time selling a home and others had told us it would be a nightmare but he made it really easy and worked around our busy vintage work schedule.
