About Craig Chapman
Craig joined the ranks of the commercial property world eight years ago after running his own business for much of his career.
With strong networks across regional Queensland, South East Queensland and nationally, he’s an expert at connecting private investors and institutional developers with land banking, development and commercial investment opportunities.
He has the trust of Brisbane’s private investment market and long-term relationships with Burgess Rawson’s interstate buyers and uses these to great effect in securing market leading results for his vendors.
In recent years, Craig has achieved more than $300 million in commercial property sales across a variety of market segments, including industrial, retail, and tyre and auto.
