As the Managing Director of Colliers International Toowoomba, Dan considers himself to be the opposite of a stereotypical real estate agent. Formerly a police officer, it is ingrained in his personality to be straightforward and transparent. His clients appreciate that he calls a spade a spade and they know that the information they receive from Dan is genuine.

While policing and real estate seem worlds apart, there is a common thread of service to others that Dan finds rewarding.

In his specialist field of commercial property, he thoroughly enjoys helping others succeed. Whether that is by assisting others who are ready to take the next step with their business, by securing premises, building an investment portfolio or completing the sale of an asset. Sharing people’s success has a positive effect on his day-to-day life, through the satisfaction of achieving the buying or leasing outcomes my clients are seeking and the thrill of sealing a deal.
