His dynamic leadership has navigated a simple idea into a a multi-faceted company - catering for all aspects of the real estate industry and forming a full service, sales and management property business. As Executive Director, Danny has created an iconic brand that has drawn on his own knowledge and his family’s heritage in property, strategically recruiting industry leaders to oversee the management of thousands of properties in Melbourne and the rapidly growing project and residential sales divisions.

Founded in 2013, VICPROP has become one of the most dynamic property groups in Melbourne under Danny’s guidance and planning. A man of integrity, energy and focus, he has implemented and administered ground-breaking initiatives across all aspects of the real estate industry, enabling the company to expand on an annual basis. Due to the rapid expansion, the group has recently announced the launch of a second office in Doncaster - opening in August 2018.

Leading a high-achieving team of results-focused real estate professionals, he helps set the direction of the business, continually delivering market-leading growth and exceptional results for all of VICPROP clients. Danny continually develops and aligns strategy, leadership, culture and talent to add value throughout the whole organisation, that is now home to over 40 staff and a network of referral partners, both locally and internationally, in the hundreds.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin, he offers a seamless and direct property service into the global marketplace, backed up by VICPROP’s innovative sales and marketing strategies.

Danny has founded VICPROP Corporation including Property Management, Project Sales and Residential Sales, VICPROP Owners Corporation, The Loan Agency and a specialist leasing company - Short Stay Plus. These businesses ensure that Danny can provide a one-stop-shop for his “Very Important Client’s PROPerties” (VICPROP).
