David Hedley-Ward

David’s real estate career has spanned over 20 years and he remains as passionate about the industry as he was when he began back in 2004. Following a successful sales career across Australia and New Zealand, David transitioned into Sales Management, overseeing and mentoring 35 agents across 8 real estate offices in Queensland. He went on to establish his own McGrath office with his wife Jodie and together they built their McGrath Coast & Hinterland business to two offices on the Sunshine Coast with a team of over 30 phenomenal real estate professionals.

Being awarded ‘Sales Manager of the Year’ for McGrath Estate Agents nationally was a career highlight for David who prides himself on uplifting the professionalism and standards displayed within the industry. David is proud to have trained and mentored many of the Coast’s most successful agents over the years and his clients are able to reap the rewards of the extensive industry knowledge he has gained over such a diverse and successful career.

David is passionate about the Sunshine Coast Hinterland where he now calls home. He has a love of acreage properties and lives with his wife, two dogs and a couple of cows set atop 11 acres. When he is not helping his clients achieve phenomenal results with the least amount of stress, he can be found on a ride on mower or feeding hay to Tango and Sheila, his beloved rescue cows!
