David Kennedy

David, along with his family, has lived in the Shire his entire life. He attended De La Salle Colleges Caringbah and Cronulla. David is into many sports and hobbies and is actively involved in surf lifesaving, football, swimming and athletics. David married in March 2001 and with his wife Lisa, daughter Tahlia, and sons Zayne & Jayden, resides in Caringbah.

Having joined the Chris Burke & Company team in 1996, David has experience in all aspects of real estate, now specialising in residential sales. He believes there is a lot of emotion in buying and selling real estate, and he enjoys making this process easier for his clients through commitment, service and honesty.

Although David is a Director of the Company, he personally handles all sales whether it is a 1 bedroom unit or a waterfront home. David’s auction clearance rate is a staggering 98% and he is always striving to achieve the best result for his clients.
