Dean has been selling real estate since 2001 in Launceston and in July 2011 he decided to break away from a large real estate office in Launceston and start his own business with his business partner and father Peter. This office won the 'Best Small Agency' of the year award for Tasmania within a year of opening its doors and his office has recently been crowned the best small agency in Australia!

When not running his real estate business, Dean loves to spend time with his young family. Together with his wife Rachel, they have 2 children: Austin and Stella and they love to travel. They have visited Thailand 5 times, travelled through Eastern Europe, N.Z, Asia, UK, Canada and USA. They have also built 2 homes, renovated, invested in property and they also own a block of land in West Launceston which they intend to build on very soon.
