As a fourth generation real estate agent, Dean Marshall’s enthusiasm for commercial property comes naturally; his many years of experience in managing the large commercial portfolio in his family’s bayside real estate agency makes him a respected member of the Chisholm and Gamon Commercial team.

Dean’s extensive knowledge of the commercial property market and the Retail Leases Act allows him to manage clients’ properties diligently, professionally and with a high degree of thoroughness that is appreciated by landlords and tenants alike. Dean’s proactive and thoughtful approach to all facets of the leasing and management process, along with his careful attention to detail, provides clients with a considered and personal experience that is welcomed in a modern world too often filled with ‘automated responses’ and little regard for individual client needs.

Away from work, Dean is a keen golfer and supporter of the North Melbourne Football Club. He also loves the beach and surf and enjoys taking his young family away to Torquay for weekends whenever his busy schedule allows.
