Grace Bailey

Grace's role as an Executive involves marketing and leasing property in the Perth CBD and City Fringe. For 3 years she worked client side across various roles in commercial property including leasing, finance, development and asset management. Having been exposed to various departments her background sees her uniquely positioned and passionate to assist Landlord clients in securing tenants, as well as brokering tenants around Perth CBD and City Fringe.

Grace is particularly dedicated to delivering results for her clients and ensuring value is added to their assets. A strong work ethic, with high attention to detail and professional approach gives clients the confidence she will get the job done.

Grace graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Property Valuation & Development in 2019 and obtained her Certificate of Registration in 2020.
