Hayley Green's role as Commercial Property Manager is to manage key relationships with our commercial property owners and tenants to ensure we achieve secure occupancy, timely maintenance and effective financial management within a diverse mix of asset classes.

Hayley believes that clear, helpful, honest and consistent communication is one of the key foundations of a successful relationship. With extensive experience in the commercial property industry, having previously worked with other large commercial asset portfolios in both Noosa and the Gold Coast since 2016, Hayley brings a well-honed skillset to our team.

She is a specialist in balancing income and expense accounts, staying on top of property maintenance, providing advice for legislation requirements and updates, lease correspondence and negotiations as well as possessing a thorough understanding of the management of outgoings. When you purchase a commercial investment property, Hayley's goal is to ensure that your asset continues to provide wealth through growth.

Hayley was born in Townsville and moved to Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast at a young age and has spent many years competing in local surf life saving events where she competed for Australia. After overseas travels and a short residency in Canada, Hayley returned to Australia where she met her husband and they are both now excited to have recently welcomed their first baby boy! Hayley loves being a mum, enjoys socializing at local cafes and restaurants where she supports new business openings, has a strong passion for exercise and the beach.
