Jacob Monaghan

Meet Jacob, an assistant agent for our Nambucca Heads office with a diverse background in high-volume hospitality management and leadership roles.

Having been born locally and then moving west to rural and regional NSW, Jacob developed a deep love for the outdoors and country life. Jacob found his way back to his roots early in his adult life being offered a hospitality management position in Nambucca Heads which he couldn't pass up on.

Having spent time excelling in various management positions along the mid north coast, Jacob knows the true value of negotiating, clear communication, and strategic decision-making. Transferring these qualities to his career in real estate, Jacob approaches every client interaction with a no-nonsense attitude, prioritising their needs and ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.

Throughout Jacob’s management career, he persistently gave back to his community, as he dedicated his time and resources to a non-profit boxing gym, recognizing the positive impact it had on the community by providing a safe and empowering space for individuals. Additionally, Jacob sponsored the local AFL club he once played for, understanding the importance of supporting local sporting organisations.

Embodying a sense of responsibility to his community, Jacob actively participated in ANZAC Day events, providing free meals to all those who had volunteered. During his school years Jacob’s commitment to making a difference led him to become involved in the Student Representative Council, where he advocated for what he believed was right and ensured that everyone was heard.

Today, as an assistant agent in the real estate industry, Jacob combines his extensive knowledge, compassionate nature, and pursuit of perfection, to guide his clients through property transactions. With him by their side, they find peace in knowing they have a trustworthy ally who will not only deliver results but also alleviate the stresses that often accompany real estate transactions.
