James Borbidge

Initially entering the Real Estate industry in 2007 in Brisbane selling residential apartments, James made his way back to his hometown of the Gold Coast in 2011.

After a brief stint in the Lacey West residential team, he took on a new challenge of commercial real estate and quickly became known as one of the market leaders within the area.

James’s background in both residential and commercial sales offers clients a well-rounded viewpoint on the market. James is young, enthusiastic and has consistently produced great results in the commercial marketplace.

Now, as one of the Directors of Lacey West Commercial, James believes local knowledge, first class communication and honesty are three factors that influence the success of a sale, purchase, or lease.
