I’m Jodie Brooks, of RE/MAX Bayside, a fully Licensed Real Estate Agent,a member of the REIQ, and have a BBus double Degree. All of these enhance my contractual, and negotiation skill set, whilst the REIQ membership involves annual CPD training to keep me up to date with legislation and ‘best practice’. I was in the top 20 RE/MAX agents for Australia in February this year.
My focus is on selling residential properties for homeowners and investors in the Redlands and surrounding suburbs. Real estate is not a cookie cutter business, nor should it be treated as such. I’m not the type of agent who is after hundreds of sales a year, I’m here to make sure the sale of your home is conducted with your best interests, first and foremost, to get the most you can for your property.
I have been in the position of selling my parents’ family home, when one parent has passed, and the other has been in care.It’s not an easy situation to be in, and it helps to have an agent who understands the time and patience needed for homeowners to process this. Helping homeowners to their next property chapter is my goal.
