John Piccolo

Commencing his real estate career in his early twenties, John Piccolo has been involved in all aspects of the real estate industry, including the ownership and management of one of the most successful and awarded agencies in Melbourne. In 2002, John took up the position of CEO of the Woodards Group. In addition to leading the business, he works directly with the sales and marketing teams along with supporting the management and development of Australia's largest property management portfolio. He is committed to ensuring that Woodards is an industry leader in all areas through the delivery of the latest systems, training, management and marketing with a strong focus on customer relationships and getting the best results for his clients. “Perfection is our goal, excellence will be tolerated,” is a saying often used by John and his hard work and ability to set and achieve personal goals helps him lead the experienced team at Woodards Real Estate. John established the Woodards Foundation 2014 with his wife Sharon to alleviate negative social trends and issues within our community. These issues include homelessness, family violence, drug and alcohol dependence and social isolation. In 2017 John actively decided to join business and community leaders across Australia and participate in the Vinnies CEO Sleepout to actively raise money and awareness by sleeping out in the cold for one night. John raised nearly $22,000 with help from over 125 supporters. John is a fully licensed estate agent, award winning auctioneer, fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Australia and a loud and proud Collingwood supporter.
