Kady Leggett

Kady joined Colliers Wollongong almost 10 years ago and over these years she has developed a diverse property skillset, from property

management to commercial and industrial sales and leasing. Initially employed in an administrative role, Kady quickly progressed

to the position of Assistant Property Manager, taking care of the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of over 200-properties.

In 2019, Kady was promoted to the position of Commercial Leasing Executive, and now leads the team as Senior Executive. In this role, Kady’s solid foundation across many aspects of the business gave her a unique and invaluable ability to approach any property opportunity with a well-rounded outlook, ensuring our clients had a seamless, profitable experience. Kady has achieved a great deal during her time with Colliers Wollongong and much of this success is due to her ability to connect with clients and develop long term, stable relationships.
