About Kathryn State

Born and raised in New Zealand, Kathryn moved to Australia in 2008 and has been living in Kalgoorlie with her two children since 2019. Kathryn has an extensive background in real estate, having worked in the industry since 2007, so she has a wealth of experience and knowledge in this field.
Kathryn achieved first place in the WA awards for ‘Investor Relations Manager of the Year’ in 2020 and took on the role of Business Development Manager in 2021. She was awarded second place at the national awards for ‘Business Development Manager of the Year’ for 2021 and then again at the WA state awards for 2022 and 2023.
As well as overseeing the Property Management Department, Kathryn specialises in onboarding new clients. She prides herself in building relationships with clients based on communication, dedication and transparency.
