As the director of Laing+Simmons Alexandria, Kylie brings a wealth of experience gained from working in all aspects of the industry.

Kylie is a licensed real estate agent with over 20 years’ experience, Kylie is an award-winning leader in property management and new business development.

Her consistently high standard of performance has been recognised with multiple national property manager of the year awards and other prestigious accolades at previous agencies. Kylie has been interviewed for several publications, including The Australian Financial Review, about market conditions, legislation updates and tips to maximise the value of investment properties.

Overseeing a team of property managers with a portfolio of houses and apartments around the eastern suburbs, south Sydney and north shore, Kylie attributes her career success to her drive, determination and strong work ethic. Her outgoing personality, personable manner and excellent communication skills combine with a highly professional approach which enables her to work effectively with both landlords and tenants to achieve win-win results.

Outside of work, Kylie loves spending time with her husband and children, exercising, eating all things Mexican – often with a margarita in hand!
