About Mark Forde

Since 1989, Mark has worked across the State – successfully establishing and operating top-selling real estate offices spanning Adelaide, the Clare Valley, Riverland, Eyre Peninsula and Fleurieu Peninsula, where he has focussed his skills on meeting the future needs and potential of the fast-growing South Coast region.
In 2010, Mark and wife, Sam began building an award-winning team of almost 40 real estate professionals– all infused with the passion, enthusiasm and knowledge which the magnificent South Coast region inspires and deserves. Their combined efforts under the Harcourts South Coast banner have earnt industry accolades and vendor and buyer respect – resulting in Harcourts’ lion’s share of the South Coast market.
Today, Mark’s experience – across luxury waterfront homes, lifestyle acreage, rural land and investment property - is strongly sought by vendors, appreciated by buyers and highly respected within the community.

Mark is also a longstanding contributor to the real estate profession, including Past President and Fellow of the Society of Auctioneers & Appraisers and a Past Deputy President of the Real Estate Employers Federation (REEF).
