It’s Melinda’s past experience across all sectors of real estate that has made her a successful agent. Having worked her way up, Melinda is known for consistently producing great results and enjoys regular repeat and referral business from her clients.

Melinda grew up in the Lower North Shore, but it’s more than the water that keeps her engaged to Sydney. Now a resident of Elizabeth Bay, she enjoys the intimacy of the older neighbourhoods of Sydney – cosmopolitan but with a village feel, almost Manhattan-like.

With this intimacy come unique discoveries and Melinda maintains that she is still consistently surprised when she crosses the threshold to visit a new property. Terrace houses may look uniform from the street, warehouses necessarily bland, but inside is a unique personality that’s been carefully (or carelessly) nurtured.
