Mikayla Lastavec

Raised with an appreciation for the benefits of property ownership and investment, Mikayla Lastavec always knew that her future lay in property. Starting out at 15 with a traineeship working half the week in a front-facing real estate role, and half a week at school until completing Year 12, Mikayla has gone on to prove herself as one of the hardest working, smartest thinking property managers in the business.

So it's no surprise that when she moved from her home-town of Canberra to follow her partner's career at Tesla, Mikayla walked straight into a role at one of Melbourne's hardest working and smartest agencies, Bekdon Richards. With a big busy portfolio under her care, Mikayla’s rare combination of youth and experience means her clients receive a unique service; one that is energetic, educated and exceptionally communicative in every aspect.
