Nathan Eades

Since starting with ResortBrokers in 2015, Nathan Eades has established himself as one of the leading accommodation property brokers in Australia.

A Brisbane local, Nathan is widely regarded as one of the most respected and hard-working professionals in the industry, with outstanding results to show for it. While at ResortBrokers, Nathan has settled more than 150 properties with a combined value exceeding $250 million. His tremendous success has been recognised by back-to-back Australian Resident Accommodation Managers Association (ARAMA) Sales Broker of the Year awards in 2020 and 2021.

One of ResortBrokers’ longest serving brokers, Nathan is one of the few industry all-rounders. He works confidently across all asset classes, from small leases to large freeholds. A management rights specialist, he is also the leading motel broker for greater Brisbane as well as selling caravan parks, hotels, portfolios and rent rolls.

His successes include the management rights of the prestige Opera Apartments and Vine Serviced Apartments in South Brisbane, the leasehold of the Riverview Motel in Hamilton, the freehold of the Rocklea International Motel, and the sale of the Clontarf Residential Village cabin park.

Nathan holds a Bachelor of Business and Marketing from QUT, and his impressive CV includes several years of managing hospitality venues for the likes of Fitzgibbons Hotels, Plaza Hotel Group, Northern Management Group and Queensland Tourism Industries Limited. He has also held senior sales and management roles at Red Bull, Lion Nathan, Rekorderlig Cider and Coca-Cola Amatil.

Outside work, Nathan is a keen sports lover. He is a regular triathlete, golfer and plays all codes of football.
