Nicole Mansour is the Senior Property Manager at First National Real Estate Richmond. A big part of this role means Nicole must demonstrate calm, professional and proactive persona. She demonstrates leadership strength and the unique ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment with critical deadlines. Nicole’s “can do” attitude is valued by all her landlords as she sends a sense of reassurance about every task she completes. Nicole has been involved in the property management industry for over 16 years and her philosophy is to treat people the way she would like to be treated, and believes it’s the little things that make a difference to the end result.
