To me, real estate is a family venture, as has been for the many clients I've worked with during my 35+ years in the industry in Glenelg.

Having taken ownership of the company created from the ground up by my father, Ray McGrath, I have continued his tradition by personally completing thousands of property sales in this sought after part of Adelaide.

What I find most satisfying is that a major percentage of my sales leads have come from personal referrals, something I attribute to holding myself to exceptional client service standards.

With integrity, professionalism and transparency playing a significant part in my unique approach to business, I am passionate about real estate and committed to delivering a superior level of service to all my clients.

As a proud, lifelong resident of the Holdfast Bay area, I am highly involved in my community, including my beloved Glenelg Golf Club. As a keen sportsman across genres and an A-grade golfer, I live near the beach in Brighton with my wife Lisa - our two children Jack and Remy have recently moved out but luckily live close by.

It is my goal to lead by example as I aim to enjoy the best of both worlds by demonstrating that a work life balance can be the key ingredient to success in building customers for life.
