Peter Courtland

Peter Courtland has lived and worked in the Geraldton and the greater Midwest since 1983.

Originally from Perth, he has a background in Retail and Advertising before commencing his highly successful Real Estate career in 1996 with Andrew Short First National Real Estate office as their Sales Manager.

During those years Peter featured regularly as a top performer in the REIWA Awards winning the top gong and

being in the top 3 for sales continually, until acquiring his Triennial Certificate and taking on the Principals role at a large corporate agency.

Tasked with the job of lifting their profile particularly in the area of Residential, Commercial and Industrial sales to compliment broadacre sales all the while expanding his already extensive experience and data base of incredibly loyal clients.

After almost 15 years in that role Peter has now opened another door and is excited about joining the vibrant team at Activewest Real Estate and with a penchant for hard work, being thorough and above all an honest straight talker, he is genuinely excited by being able to put all his energies and experience into helping you buy or sell your home, investment property, commercial or industrial real estate.

A very proud father of 2 adult children and a lover of all sport, he has a genuine love of Geraldton and the lifestyle and weather we are lucky enough to enjoy.

Many of Peter's current clients are the sons and daughters of some of his clients dating back to his early days in the industry.
