With 28 years’ experience, Peter is a well respected real estate agent and local resident. Based predominantly in the Sutherland Shire and St George areas, Peter’s experience, in addition to residential sales, extends to the amalgamation and sale of both ‘raw’ and ‘DA approved’ development sites. With a long track record of sourcing such sites, Peter has an innate knowledge of required returns, viability and local Council Planning Policies.
