As an agent specialising in Point Cook and Sanctuary Lake, I pride myself on an excellent sales record, often selling above reserve price. After starting out in the construction industry, I soon realised that real estate was where I belonged. My many positive testimonials and an exceptional sales record are testament to this decision.
Working well with all types of sellers, my priority is to build a client relationship by working out their needs and delivering a service that best fits. I give realistic price expectations and then aim to beat them, often by advising clients on how to add value to a property prior to launching onto the market. Most of my clients are referrals as I'm known to be very active in the market. My focus is on guiding vendors through the process of selling to optimise their result, while also making the experience enjoyable.
The thrill of putting deals together and negotiating the best price on the behalf of my clients is where my job satisfaction lies, along with seeing my clients move on to the next chapter of their lives. I enjoy working within Established Property and bringing my motivation and positive attitude to a business with a reputation as market leaders – working here motivates me to grow as an agent.
