In 2021, Rod bought a 25% share of the Shailer Park Franchise of Elders Real Estate, which is the highest performing Agency of Elders in Australia. Rod and his wife Leone lived in the Redlands for 34 years before moving to Rochedale in 2013. He has a particular interest in acreage properties, large and small, having lived on acreage properties for the last 30 years. He has also been through the process of obtaining development approval. This experience and knowledge, combined with his intimate knowledge of the Logan-Redlands region, and with his passion for helping people, has provided him with a wide range of skills andexpertise to serve his clients.

Previously, Rod had a distinguished career in research, teaching and mentoring in Horticulture, working with international students and working on aid projects throughout Southeast Asia. In these positions, Rod became well known for his ability to work effectively with people of all backgrounds, to find creative resolutions to challenging situations and to obtain positive outcomes for all parties.

Rod is now employing his life skills and experience in his approach to Real Estate. He is not interested in sales techniques and strategies but would rather work in genuine partnership to resolve your real estate matters. With a friendly, unassuming, and welcoming nature, Rod is
