Roly Egerton – Warburton has over 20 years experience in sales and negotiation and works alongside the Directors in the design and implementation of leasing campaigns on all of Sheffield’s appointed projects.

Working closely with clients, Roly provides leasing solutions to existing assets in the Perth CBD including Allendale Square and Australia Place.

Roly has also conducted subleasing campaigns for major Perth office occupiers such as Westpac, AMEC Foster Wheeler, Thiess, Leighton and Rio Tinto.

Originating from Western Australia, Roly has a strong network through the channels of small business, ASX listed companies, international corporates and government.

With sound business acumen and highly regarded communication skills, Roly ensures the leasing plan is executed and delivered with precision.
