Rory joined Knight Frank in 2014 as a Research Analyst responsible for Analytical reports on Adelaide’s Office and Industrial markets. In 2016 Rory moved into the Commercial Valuations team at Knight Frank where he achieved designation of Associate of the Australian Property Institute, Certified Practising Valuer (AAPI CPV). During Rory’s time in valuation he developed an extensive knowledge of Adelaide’s commercial property market, specialising in CBD office buildings with valuation and advisory appointments across the majority of Adelaide’s key institutional and privately owned office towers.
In 2018, Rory joined the Knight Frank Agency team as a Sales and Leasing Executive and was involved in the sale of three of Adelaide’s landmark office towers, 25 Grenfell Street, 80 Flinders Street and 100 Waymouth Street. In 2019, Rory transitioned into the Leasing team on a full-time basis and has been involved in key appointments and transactions on a range of office assets that cover the Prime and Secondary Grade markets.
In 2022, Rory was promoted to Associate Director and continues to work with his clients to achieve the best possible outcome through his extensive knowledge of the Adelaide office market and providing strategic value-based advice.
