Roxley is a fully licensed Real Estate agent who has been working as a Darwin real estate professional for over 31 years. He has been residing in Darwin since 1977 and could not see himself living anywhere else. He lives here with his wife and two children, and has successfully developed a strong wealth of knowledge of the property market.His experience spans residential sales, off the plan sales, land sales in the prestigious suburbs of Fairway Waters and The Chase as well as commercial and industrial sales.
Through honesty, professionalism and very hard work, Roxley will exceed the expectations of buyers and sellers. In addition to his Sales background, Roxley has also purchased, sold, built, and invested in real estate on a personal basis in the Darwin Palmerston area. He has been a property owner/landlord since 1993, and has been involved in Property Management since 1999 as a director of a previous real estate company. Another skill set Roxley possesses is that of a property auctioneer. Whether it is the traditional "on site" auction in a suburban backyard on a Saturday morning or a packed house at an "in rooms" auction Roxley is at home and ready to match wits with the buyers to get the best possible price for his vendor. He is passionate about his work, and will always endeavour to find a solution to any problem. In his spare time, you can find Roxley fishing, camping, and spending quality time with the family.

- Whilst working with the larger real estate companies in Darwin, Roxley consistently placed in the top three or four sales people in relation to number of sales and client satisfaction. Real estate has an extremely high attrition rate and to be a consistent performer year after year is difficult to do. Roxley's ethos in relation to his skill set is that if the buyer is happy the seller at the end of a sales transaction is happy then Roxley has done his job well.
