Tom Balcombe

Tom joined the Commercial Sales and Leasing team at our agency in October 2021. For the past 3 years he worked within the Deloitte Melbourne Strategy & Operations consulting team helping senior executives understand the business challenges they face, develop a course of action to help them overcome those challenges and bring a strategy to life. This experience, albeit different from the property industry, has enabled Tom to develop a strong strategic and commercial mindset while always putting the customer first.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Tom spent 3 years working within the Assurance Practice at PwC where he was responsible for planning, executing and delivering listed, non-listed, local and multinational assurance engagements, with a focus on internal and external audit. As a qualified Chartered Accountant, Tom developed a deep understanding of business operations from a financial and process perspective, including

control risk and mitigation practices.

Tom has a proven track record for providing valuable, tailored advice to his customers in pressured environments.

Outside of work Tom enjoys playing local football, golf and guitar, and spending time on the East Coast during summer.
