Tom has recently joined Sprake Commercial after first establishing himself in Commercial Real Estate in the regional centre of Maryborough in 2007. Tom came into real estate with a wide business and management background with career spanning accounting, Military Service in the Army, hospitality - running his own restaurant business and local government (as a Mayor/Councillor) in NSW. Enjoying the greater challenge and complexity that commercial sales and leasing presents, his commercial dealings have included most of the major real estate transactions in Maryborough over the past 7 years with major clients such as: Downer EDI, Dale & Myers, Queensland Government, Maryborough Sugar Factory, Reece, NAB and many local property owners.
