Victor Kelly is the Managing Director of Victor Kelly Estate Agents. Since 1972 Victor has worked both as a sales agent and an agency principal and since 1997 has owned his own company.
Victor Kelly is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and has completed many professional development courses conducted by the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales, the University of New England and the Property Council of Australia.
During his outstanding property career, Victor Kelly was the owner of the Kelly & Sons Real Estate franchise office at Bondi Junction and was responsible for policy development, strategic directions and bottom line results. Victor has extensive experience in the sale of industrial, commercial and retail and specialises in the sale of residential development sites, being responsible for over one hundred and fifty million dollars in sales.
Victor’s motto is “To succeed in business you must provide superior service” and he demonstrates this motto in his day to day activities. He represented NSW in schoolboy rugby league and played 1st XV Rugby for Trinity Grammar as well as CAS athletics and swimming. These days he enjoys tennis, sailing and fishing and planning his next property marketing strategy.
