A new benchmark was set with the development of 1 Nexus Court, which was the second building in Victoria and the first office building outside the CBD to be awarded a 5 Star Green Star AS-Built certification. Our latest building 631 Springvale Rd was awarded 5 Star Green Star certification in 2023.
