Come and join our home away from home. Located next to Martin Place, The Recruitment Company’s office is a lively, friendly sales environment that has a number of free desks. We are home to a number of small businesses that operate in a collaborative, fun environment. We help each other out, socialise, share info, organise events such as Melbourne Cup together and celebrate each others successes. We were named as Australia’s best Workplace (Micro Category) by Great Places to Work in 2021/22 and 2022/23 and 2nd Best Workplace in 2023/24 and this is reflected in the amazing community of tenants we have built within our office.
