Gym Space, multi-use area at Central City Health Professionals

We have a fully equipped gym space located within a multi-disciplinary clinic of Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, Chiropractors and Remedial Massage Therapists. One wall of the gym is floor to ceiling mirrors, and the flooring is a wood laminate. Equipment includes Pilates Reformers (3), Pilates Cadillac (1), Pilates arc, adjustable weight frame, rower, exercise bikes (2), dumbbells, hex weights, weight bags, mobility sticks, skipping ropes, and therabands. Our space is perfect for a Personal Trainer or Exercise Physiologist who wants to meet with clients one on one or in groups, or for someone looking for a space to run their own classes. We currently have Yoga and Pilates classes, and are wanting to maximise the potential of this large CBD space we have!
