You’ll have full access to the building, use of all the amenities. All laundry, kitchen and client refreshment costs included. The room includes a split system and council approved medi-sink, but otherwise empty. This allows you to set up the room to suit your own needs and style. The room is large measuring at 4.7x3.7m, including a large window and decorative fireplace. A weekly cleaner will come through for the whole building, your room can be included in this if you would like. The price is inclusive of all building outgoings, all you need to do if provide what you need for your services. You will feature on the Co-Studio instagram and website. Our socials are managed by The Likes Of You, so any photos you upload in an album will feature to help advertise.
