The Karalee Room features direct access to our undercover terrace allowing natural light for your event. This room has two ceiling-mounted data projectors and wall-mounted screens plus in house AV. This room is best suited to events that require outdoor areas for pre-dinner drinks and canapés: intimate weddings and award ceremonies or day delegate packages where your team can ponder your presentation on the terrace while enjoying parkland views CONFIRMATION & DEPOSITS Tentative bookings for Conference room space will be held for a period of 3 working days only after which time the function space will be released. A deposit and signed terms and conditions are required to confirm all functions. Once the deposit has been paid this will also serve as acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of this contract. Accommodation rooms will only be held once the deposit is received. The deposit required is $500 and is required within 7 days of booking confirmation.
