We are a small architectural business (2x people) and have 1x desk space available for rent. Our room is 23m2 in floor area, is relaxed with natural light, tall 3.6m high ceilings and dark timber floor. It comes furnished with desks, 4-seater meeting table, shelving and A3 printer available for use. There is access to a kitchenette and amenities. The studio is located on the first floor, on a busy part of Chapel Street, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, public transport and ample street parking (including all-day).
