SERVICE REQUIRED:
Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites tenders from experienced childcare operators (the Tenderer) who are interested to lease, fit out and operate the childcare centre at 28 Sloane Crescent, Manly Vale in David Thomas Reserve.
The current DA approves the operation of a childcare centre at 28 Sloane Crescent, Manly Vale with a capacity of 180 places on the site for children aged 0-5 years. The centre features four pre-fabricated modular buildings, that include daycare rooms, meeting rooms, staff respite, food preparation areas, storerooms, toilet facilities, offices and a kitchen.
The centre is situated on approximately 5,519 sqm of land and comprises of the modular buildings described above, playground areas and two carparks - one being reserved for staff members and the other offering 28 car spaces for parent drop off.
