Located in the busy Auburn Village precinct, Burwood Rd, Hawthorn, Alive Physio & Wellness is a multidisciplinary health & wellness clinic. We strive to be a trusted and leading provider of comprehensive rehabilitation and wellness services, offering a holistic approach that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit.

In addition to providing exceptional physiotherapy services, our clinic offers a wide range of wellness programs, including yoga, meditation and mindfulness, massage therapy.

We have 3 rooms available for suitable practitioners/therapists to run their own clinic and/or be part of our team. Suitable for a psychologist, counsellor, Kinesiologist, naturopath, nutritionist, or Chinese medicine practitioner. They are also suitable for professionals looking for office space.

All utilities/furniture (desk/chair) and WIFI are included with flexible access during the week and weekends. All rooms have newly laid carpet and split systems. One room has an electric up and down treatment table and storage. There's a small studio with a kitchenette and toilet that can be rented out for workshops, seminars, classes, etc. The Clinic is cleaned weekly by a professional cleaner. Rooms can be rented weekly, daily or sessional basis. Rent is negotiable based on availability and needs. Free parking for clients on both sides of Burwood Rd. Swinburn uni car park is only 200m away from the clinic and Auburn Station is a 3min walk to the clinic.
