Planning is underway for the redevelopment of the century-old Devonport Showground site. During the pre-construction period, opportunities are available for short term leasing of various storage areas on the site. Occupancy is only guaranteed for approx. 12 months at this time.

Shed 9c is a low clearance storage shed of 72 sqm approx
Shed 14 is a low clearance storage shed. 549 sqm approx
Shed 15 is a low clearance storage shed 209 sqm approx.
Shed 17 is a former stable and provides approx. 450 sqm of storage area. The gable end sliding door entrances provided 5m wide entry ways with a 3.3 m clearance height.
Shed 19 is constructed of concrete block and Colorbond steel sheet of approx. 567 sqm. Front and side entrance points with a min 3.8 m roller door clearance at the front.
Demolition of the day stalls will provide an opportunity for approx 3,000 sqm of hardstand area with direct access from Lower Madden or Parker Streets.
