Lease terms
Standard is 12 months.
Invoicing is done monthly and sent around 20th of the month for the following calendar month. Rent is always due before the start of the month. The monthly amount is calculated as Weekly Rent x 52 / 12 = Monthly Rent.

At signup, the normal payments are
1.Rent - First part month and first full month
2.Bond – 1 month
3.Security Key Deposit - $60 no GST (refundable when keys are returned)
4.Setup Fee - $60 + GST (per person)

To take up a lease, we only need
* Drivers Licence showing home address (or Photo Card)
* ABN details of the Sole Trader or Company
* If a company, then also ASIC ACN and the Directors details
