Perimeter Protection

A showcase installation of perimeter protection with AntiClimb, AntiDig 2.4 m fencing barriers surrounding the premises. This prison style yet visually appealing fencing is one of a kind, powder coated black with electric power fence technology. Typically only found in high security facilities, this was installed as a showcase product by the long term tenant, providing the highest level of physical and mental perimeter protection on the commercial market today, complimented by vehicle and pedestrian access gates with the same specifications.

The CCTV system installed is IndigoVision, the same design and solution deployed through the “NT safe city project” and NT Police street camera network. This building was designed by a technology driven market leading provider to inspire new technologies. All windows a fitted with electric controlled blinds. The lighting through the building is LED flat panel lighting with accent Dali light for visual effects. A complete audio multi zone system is installed in the building with independent speaker zones in every location providing individual sound outputs. In addition the speakers installed in the office space is not visible! Using a new technology speaker installed within the wall structure that works by vibrating the drywall panels.. A matrix Video network is also installed with TV and broadcast technology for independent intranet display.
